What is Website Leasing?

Instead of paying a large upfront fee, you pay a predictable monthly subscription that includes design, development, and ongoing support.

Who owns the website?

After 12 months you can buy it out (fixed fee or custom agreement, e.g. based on traffic). After 24 months, ownership automatically transfers to you. 

To keep your site running smoothly afterwards, we recommend our Care Package — covering hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support, with 1 hour of dedicated work included every month.

What is the Care Package?

What happens if I cancel early?

Early termination follows contract terms, but until buyout the design and code remain managed by Elevacija.

How fast can you launch my website?

Typically within 72 hours after receiving your content and confirming the structure.

What’s included in the monthly updates?

You get 1 hour/month for small design tweaks, content updates, or optimizations. Bigger features can be added with extra hours. with an charge of 50€ per additional hour

Can I expand my website later?

Yes — you can add CMS/blog, galleries, e-commerce, AI integrations, and more as your business grows.

Do you provide domain & hosting?

Yes - hosting is included in all Plans. Custom domains are also a part of the Business and First Class plan

What about SEO?

All plans include SEO basics. Business adds GEO (local SEO), First Class offers all three variants: advanced SEO, GEO and AEO for the best possible reach out there

Do you offer branding if I don’t have a logo?

Yes — our Brand Design service includes 3 logo concepts + 1 revision.

Is this just a template?

No. We use proven patterns (design frameworks that perform well) and tailor them to your brand, so your site is unique to you.
